On June 2, speaking with Dan Tri reporter, an official from Vinh University's General Administration Department said that after two incidents of school officials being accused of sending sensitive photos and making sexual advances, the school invited the students involved to come in for questioning.
“Both female students admitted that the content posted on social media was accurate, even though they did not use their real names. They confirmed that they were the ones who wrote the posted statuses,” said a Vinh University official.

According to this officer, the content shared by the female student is considered a "personal commitment", which the school compared with the reports of the named officers.
"We have established a disciplinary council and are waiting for the conclusion from the school leadership to have an appropriate handling direction," this officer added.
As Dan Tri previously reported, two female students from Vinh University accused two school officials of sending them sensitive photos, along with threats, when they came to get their documents verified. The incident was posted publicly on social media, causing a stir in public opinion.

One of the accused was identified as Q.. After receiving the information, Vinh University requested the relevant individual to write a report and temporarily suspended the management of the staff to serve the verification.
In addition, another female student also reported that a school officer named D. sent sensitive photos and threatened her. The incident was later received and clarified by the school.
Vinh University representative affirmed that they will take strict action if they discover any staff violating professional ethics or code of conduct with students.
