A bustling market in Western Nghe An is flooded with mud after the flood, leaving small traders empty-handed.

The historic flood that occurred after the circulation of storm No. 3 caused the entire Hoa Binh market area (Hoa Binh commune) to be submerged in water, and all the people's goods were damaged.
