According to the reporter's records, from around 4:00 p.m. on April 29, the flow of people pouring into the central areas of the City became more and more crowded, many people held small national flags in their hands, everyone was happy, excited, ready to "stay up all night" with the City to wait for the parade to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day.

By around 8:00 p.m. on April 29, the flow of people pouring into the city center grew larger and larger, many people sat in rows on the sidewalks of the streets intersecting with Nam Ky Khoi Nghia such as Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Vo Thi Sau, Ngo Thoi Nhiem, Vo Van Tan... As the night wore on, the flow of people poured into the streets in this area to find seats, eagerly awaiting the 50th Anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification, which took place on the morning of April 30.
