Accordingly, at around 4:30 a.m. this morning (June 2), people discovered Mr. NLKT (55 years old, residing in Quang Tri City) while riding a bicycle, fell down and fainted in the area near Thanh Co Bridge.

Suspecting the victim had a stroke, people performed first aid and called an ambulance, but the victim fell into critical condition and did not survive.

Mr. T. was admitted to the hospital in a state of cardiac and respiratory arrest. Doctors performed CPR, but after 30 minutes there were no signs of recovery, so the hospital announced the victim's death to his family.
