Previously, Cong Phuong suffered a contusion of the fatty tissue under the sole of his foot. The injury was not too serious, Cong Phuong needed about two weeks to fully recover.
This is a very regrettable thing for Cong Phuong personally, as he has made constant efforts to return to the national team after nearly two years of absence.
