According to statistics, the average disbursement rate of 18 districts, towns and cities reached 31.5% (over 1,900/6,100 billion VND). Thang Binh and Dai Loc are two of the 18 districts, towns and cities with good disbursement rates (72.8% and 66.4% respectively); 11 localities have good and average disbursement rates but are also below 50%. Bac Tra My (22.7%), Que Son (19.8%), Nong Son (18.9%), Hoi An (15.3%) and Dien Ban (14%) are 5 localities with disbursement rates lower than the average disbursement rate of the whole province.

The disbursement rate of 27 departments, branches and unions is about 32.9% (nearly 932/2,836 billion VND). The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province (100%), Quang Nam Regional General Hospital (100%), Department of Planning and Investment (100%), Provincial Inspectorate (100%) and Department of Education and Training (91.1%) are 5/27 units with the best disbursement rate. The remaining 8 units have good and average disbursement rates and 14 units are classified as having poor disbursement, below the average rate of the whole province. Notably, 4 units (including the Women's Union, Quang Nam General Hospital, Quang Nam Medical College and Quang Nam Irrigation Exploitation Company Limited) have a disbursement rate of 0%.
