• PROMOTING TOURISM AND CULTURAL EXCHANGE
Last September, Love in Vietnam - the first film co-production between India and Vietnam supported by the Indian Consulate officially started filming in Da Lat. Love in Vietnam was made to promote tourism, life, people, and beautiful landscapes of Vietnam in general with 75% of the scenes filmed in Vietnam and 25% filmed in India. Captain Rahul Bali - the film producer informed: "With the beautiful landscapes of Da Lat, we chose this as the location to start filming and perform the first scenes. And the story of culture, cuisine , art, and people of Da Lat will appear a lot in this film". This is one of the good signs, because with the "support" of cinema, the comprehensive cooperation activities between Lam Dong and India will have many more steps forward.
Previously, Lam Dong province and India also had many activities to promote tourism and cultural exchanges. Lam Dong not only welcomed Indian art troupes to perform in the province, but many tourism businesses in the province also proactively carried out activities to promote cooperation between the two sides. These activities received great support from the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee and the Consulate General of India in Ho Chi Minh City.
