The festival opened with a cycling parade on main streets to promote traffic safety, environmental protection and building a civilized urban lifestyle by union members, women's union members and youth union members of 36 wards and communes in the city.

The highlight of the program is the competition to promote traffic safety, environmental protection and building a civilized urban lifestyle. The competition is divided into 6 teams from wards and communes in the city. Each participating team goes through 3 main contents: poster design competition to promote traffic safety and environmental protection, propaganda to build a civilized urban lifestyle, urban order, "Green Sunday", "Sunday for the community"; golden bell competition to learn about the Road Traffic Law; building a civilized lifestyle, urban order, Green Sunday, Sunday for the community and a skit competition to promote and raise awareness of compliance with the Road Traffic Safety Law, building a civilized urban lifestyle.

Each contest is a vivid message to promote traffic safety, environmental protection and building a civilized urban lifestyle in Hue City.
