On November 14, Dong Hung Thuan Ward Police, Ho Chi Minh City, said they had just discovered and promptly prevented a gathering to "resolve conflicts" involving students.
Accordingly, at around 6:00 p.m. on November 13, from reports from people on the "SOS for security and order" and "3 in 1: Listening - Propaganda - Supporting people" models, the working group discovered a group of about 5 students gathering to "resolve conflicts".
The authorities quickly approached and invited the students to the headquarters for questioning, including: Le Van H. (born 2013), Nguyen Van T. (born 2012), Mai Van V. (born 2013), Le Mai C. (born 2013) and Nguyen Van N. (born 2012).

At the ward police station, the students said they were all junior high school students; two of them were in 8th grade at a local school. Due to a personal conflict, they made an appointment to meet to decide the winner.
According to Dong Hung Thuan Ward Police, this behavior is due to adolescence, impulsive psychology, and competitiveness, so the children lack thinking, are easily agitated, leading to dangerous behavior for society.
The ward police have propagated and clearly explained the wrongdoings, and coordinated with the families to educate and remind them. The parents of the children were asked to commit to strictly managing them, not letting them re-offend.
Thanks to early detection, the incident was prevented in time, avoiding the risk of unfortunate consequences and limiting conflicts between parents.
