Do not arrive more than 15 minutes late, have 5 minutes to reflect on the exam
The Ministry of Education and Training notes that candidates must be present on time. If they arrive more than 15 minutes late after the test start time, they will not be allowed to take the exam that day, which means they will not be recognized as high school graduates.
Before taking the test, candidates must fill in their registration number and information on the test paper, test paper, answer sheet, and scratch paper. When receiving the test, candidates must carefully check the number of pages, the quality of the printed pages, and the test code on each page.

If the candidate discovers that the test paper is missing pages or is torn, damaged, or blurred, he/she must immediately notify the invigilator, no later than 5 minutes after the test starts. Otherwise, the candidate is fully responsible for the test paper he/she has received.
At each testing site, there are original test papers for comparison when verification is needed. The Ministry of Education and Training reminds candidates to actively check the test papers seriously as soon as they receive them. This is their responsibility and right, so that the test results are not affected by technical errors.
In addition, candidates taking the exam this year should note the changes in the exam regulations. Accordingly, candidates taking the exam under the 2018 GeneralEducation Program are not allowed to bring into the exam room a Geography Atlas, but are allowed to bring drawing tools and graph rulers.
To serve the exam process, candidates are allowed to bring into the exam room the following tools: pens; rulers; pencils; erasers; squares; graphing rulers; drawing tools; handheld calculators without text editing function and without memory cards.
Candidates are not allowed to bring into the examination room the following items: carbon paper; erasers; alcoholic beverages; documents, communication devices or information storage devices to cheat during the examination.
Errors that cause candidates to have their points deducted or be suspended from the exam
Specifically, candidates will be reprimanded for looking at or exchanging papers once during the exam, and will have 25% of their test score deducted.
If a candidate has been reprimanded once but continues to look at, exchange work or scratch paper, copy or let others copy his/her work, he/she will be warned and have 50% of his/her score deducted.
Candidates are suspended from the exam if they have been warned once but continue to violate the rules. This form also applies to those who bring illegal items such as documents, information transmission and storage devices; take exam questions out or receive answers from outside; write or draw on the exam paper irrelevant content; quarrel or threaten those responsible for the exam or other candidates...
Candidates will be given 0 points if they copy from unauthorized documents, have 2 or more papers in the same subject, have papers written by more than one person, or have parts of the paper written on scratch paper or on paper that does not comply with regulations.
Cancel the exam results for candidates who: have 2 or more exams with a score of 0 due to violations; write or draw on the exam paper content unrelated to the exam; let someone else take the exam or do the exam for someone else in any form; correct or add to the exam after submitting it; use someone else's exam to submit.
Cancel the exam results and prepare a file to send to the competent authority for consideration and handling according to the provisions of law for candidates who violate one of the following errors:
