"Flying" lecturers are lecturers from the school's German partner universities, who come directly to Vietnam to teach students. They not only bring professional knowledge, but also convey the German academic spirit which emphasizes discipline, critical thinking and systematic thinking in learning and research. Every year, depending on the major, 20% - 80% of the number of subjects at the school are taught by "flying" lecturers according to this model.
Vietnam-Germany University has operated a modern learning ecosystem, with advanced facilities, laboratories and technology, effectively serving training and research activities according to international standards. The alliance of 36 member universities supporting Vietnam-Germany University plays the role of academic backbone, accompanying the school in program development, quality assurance and training administration. Along with that, the sponsorship of the Vietnamese Government and the state of Hessen, Federal Republic of Germany, along with the cooperation of international organizations such as GIZ, AHK, DAAD and German enterprises, creates opportunities for students to "Study - Practice - Work" seamlessly, demonstrating the school's commitment to training high-quality human resources, promoting innovation and sustainable development.
Professor Roland Span, Academic Director of the Mechanical Engineering program, a cooperation program between Vietnam-Germany University and Ruhr University Bochum, shared: "This cooperation brings many practical benefits. Thanks to that, students of the two schools have the opportunity to exchange regularly. At Ruhr University Bochum, a bachelor's degree from Vietnam-Germany University is recognized as completely equivalent to that of local students."
N VIETNAMESE TEACHERS IN GERMAN STANDARD LECTURERS
If German professors bring new teaching methods, Vietnamese lecturers help the exchange of knowledge become harmonious and close to young Vietnamese people. With a solid professional foundation, nearly 100% of lecturers have doctoral degrees, trained in developed countries, the dedication and understanding of teachers create a unique identity of a German standard university with a Vietnamese heart.

The success of students today is a clear testament to the silent efforts of teachers. Last October, two computer science students under the guidance of Dr. Tran Hong Ngoc had the opportunity to present their research results at the International Conference on Cryptography and Information Security. At the doctoral level, PhD student Nguyen Tuan Anh under the guidance of Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Le Luu (PhD program in Sustainable Urban Development) completed his thesis with 5 international articles in groups Q1 and Q2 - scientific journals with the most rigorous peer review standards in the world in the WoS/Scopus system.
These successes are not only the result of individual capacity, but also reflect the dedication of the teaching staff to nurture a generation of global citizens with Vietnamese identity.
Emphasizing this, Dr. Ha Thuc Vien, Vice Principal of Vietnam-Germany University, shared: "There is no final podium, no limit for those who sow knowledge.
The greatest mark a teacher leaves behind is the tireless footprints in his students' journey of discovery and conquest of the world.
