Notes before taking the test

Representatives of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training noted that candidates who arrive 15 minutes late (from the start of the test) will not be allowed into the exam room.

Before taking the 10th grade exam, candidates must fully write their registration number and information on the exam paper, exam paper, multiple choice answer sheet, and scratch paper.

When receiving the exam, you must carefully check the number of pages, quality of printed pages and exam code on each page, ensuring consistency (for multiple choice subjects).

If you discover that the exam paper is missing pages or is torn, damaged, smudged, or blurred, you must report it immediately to the invigilator, no later than 5 minutes from the start of the test.

Notes when doing multiple choice tests

Fill in the blanks at the top of the multiple-choice answer sheet accurately and completely. For the registration number, fill in and shade the entire number (including the zeros in front). Fill in the correct exam code on the two exam receipts.

The test must be taken on a pre-printed multiple-choice answer sheet; only the candidate number, test code, and answer boxes may be filled in with black pencil. If you make a mistake or want to change an answer, you must erase the pencil from the old box and then fill in the box of your choice.

The test paper must be checked to ensure that it has the correct number of questions and pages as stated in the paper and that all pages of the test paper have the same test code.

Do not submit your test before the end of the test time. When the test time is up, you must submit your answer sheet to the invigilator and sign two test collection forms.

Candidates must keep the ballot flat, not dirty, not wrinkled, torn or crushed.

During the multiple choice test, candidates are not allowed to go out (except in special cases).

Items allowed and prohibited in the exam room

To serve the exam process, candidates are allowed to bring into the exam room: Pens; rulers; pencils; erasers; squares; graphing rulers; drawing tools; handheld calculators without text editing function, no memory card.

Prohibited from bringing into the exam room: Carbon paper, erasers, alcoholic beverages; weapons and explosives, flammable substances; documents, communication equipment (receiving, broadcasting information, recording audio, video) or containing information to cheat during the exam.
