In 2024, the town has promoted the implementation of synchronous administrative reform, focusing on the contents of the State Administrative Reform Master Program for the period 2021 - 2030. The town has completed 40/40 administrative reform tasks. The application of information technology associated with administrative procedure reform in handling records and work has gradually improved the effectiveness and efficiency of state management and service to organizations and individuals. During the year, the Town People's Committee and the People's Committees of communes and wards received more than 37,700 records in various fields, and resolved more than 99% of the records early and on time.
