Ninh Son: Handing over houses under the Program "Eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses"

On the afternoon of May 21, at the My Hiep hamlet residential area, My Son commune, the Steering Committee for Eliminating Temporary and Dilapidated Houses (XNT, NDN) of Ninh Son district organized a house handover ceremony under the "XNT, NDN" Program in 2025 for 18 poor and near-poor households with housing difficulties, bringing the total number of houses handed over in the whole commune to 27; of which, 22 were newly built and 5 were repaired.

Each house has an area of ​​40-80 m2, ensuring "3 hard": hard floor, hard wall, hard roof; average construction cost of 120 million VND/house; of which, the support source from the National Target Program for Socio -Economic Development of Ethnic Minorities and Mountainous Areas is 40 million VND, local budget is 20 million VND, the Provincial "For the Poor" Fund is 20 million VND, the family contributes 20 million VND; My Son commune Party Committee and government mobilized cadres and people to contribute over 200 working days and mobilized units to support over 400 cubic meters of sand and stone. Up to now, My Son commune has completed the "XNT, NDN" Program in 2025.
