Ms. H. is nearly 40 years old but has never been a mother, even though she has undergone many IUI (intrauterine insemination) and IVF (in vitro fertilization) procedures, but all failed for unknown reasons.

However, only 4 weeks later, the baby was born at the 28th week, weighing only 1,100 grams.
