Over the past few days, at the Vietnam National Academy of Music, artists have been practicing and carefully staging each performance, preparing for the music night to pay tribute to the late People's Artist Trung Kien on the evening of November 16.
According to the organizers, each performance was meticulously prepared, with the hope of presenting the most beautiful melodies to People's Artist Trung Kien. The program also conveyed a message of gratitude to teachers on the occasion of November 20 - Vietnamese Teachers' Day - reminding them of the value of "respecting teachers" in Vietnamese culture.
Every technical aspect - from sound, lighting to orchestration - is meticulously checked to ensure optimal performance quality. The stage is elaborately set up, creating a space that is both grand and warm.

Artists, from veteran faces such as: People's Artist Quang Tho, Quoc Hung, Meritorious Artist Dang Duong, Lan Anh, Tan Nhan, Trong Tan, Anh Tho, Phuong Nga... to young singers such as Bich Hong, Quang Tu, Huong Ly... all focused highly, showing a sense of responsibility and respect for People's Artist Trung Kien.
The band, choir and pianists such as Meritorious Artist Trinh Minh Trang, Master Bui Dang Khanh, Master Nguyen Le Thuyen Ha, Master Nguyen Thanh Giang also participated in the rehearsal to ensure smooth musical harmony.

Meritorious Artist Tan Nhan - Head of the Vocal Department and General Director of the program - revealed that the late People's Artist Trung Kien will have a special appearance in the performance, and will also be present in many other important positions in the program.
In addition, precious documentary footage, recreating the image of a simple, dedicated teacher, who goes to work early and comes home late, always devoted to art and students, will be shown on stage, bringing emotional moments to the audience.
“Each performance is like a chapter of musical memoirs, our way of honoring People's Artist Trung Kien, the diligent and quiet teacher who contributed brick by brick to lay the foundation for Vietnamese vocal music,” Meritorious Artist Tan Nhan shared.

Previously, People's Artist Quoc Hung, Director of the Vietnam National Academy of Music, revealed the much-anticipated trio performance on stage between the late Professor, People's Artist Trung Kien, People's Artist Quang Tho and himself.
He also expressed his emotion when the program "Forever Songs" could finally be performed, expressing gratitude for the great contributions of the teacher.
“With the great contributions of Mr. Trung Kien, we regret not having had the opportunity to organize a tribute concert while he was still alive.
Many times, we have planned everything from the script, song arrangement, orchestration to stage design, but had to postpone it due to the teacher's health. Now, we are happy to be able to carry out this gratitude program, respectfully offering the teacher the most beautiful melodies", People's Artist Quoc Hung said.
Before the performance, the artists and lecturers of the Vocal Department came to pay their respects to People's Artist Trung Kien, to remember and express their gratitude to their respected teacher. The deep affection of students for their teacher is a beautiful image of gratitude in the teacher-student relationship.
The music night " Loyalty Songs Remain Forever" will take place on the evening of November 16 at the Vietnam National Academy of Music ( Hanoi ).

People's Artist Trung Kien passed away in 2021, leaving behind a musical legacy and exemplary personality, and is honored by his students and the public.
