NTO - Traffic diversion for Grape Festival

To ensure traffic safety during the organization of programs and activities serving the Ceremony to receive the UNESCO certificate inscribing "Cham pottery art on the List of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Need of Urgent Safeguarding" and the Ninh Thuan Grape - Wine Festival in 2023; on June 6, 2023, the Provincial People's Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 2297/UBND-KTTH to deploy a traffic diversion plan in the area of the Square - Monument of April 16 (Phan Rang - Thap Cham City) to serve the above event.

Specifically, for the 2023 South Central Region - Ninh Thuan Industry and Trade Fair program; the construction, installation and dismantling of fair booths, opening and closing stages of the festival, and the prohibition of all types of vehicles on the roads are as follows:

- Hoang Dieu Street: Prohibited area from the intersection of Hoang Dieu Street and Tran Quang Dieu Street to the intersection of April 16 Street and Hoang Dieu Street.

- April 16th Street (Monument side): Prohibited area from the intersection of April 16th Street with Hoang Dieu Street to the intersection of April 16th Street with Nguyen Tri Phuong Street.

The ban will be from 0:00 on June 6 to 24:00 on June 22. During the ban, vehicles will travel along the following route: Hoang Dieu Street - turn right onto Tran Quang Dieu Street - turn onto Ngo Gia Tu Street and vice versa; vehicles traveling on April 16 Street (towards the Museum) will be allowed to travel normally.

Street art performance program, prohibiting all types of vehicles from circulating on the following routes:

- April 16th Street: Prohibited area from the intersection of April 16th Street with Hoang Dieu Street to the intersection of April 16th Street with Nguyen Tri Phuong Street.

- Nguyen Tri Phuong Street (prohibited on the right side of the road, from Area K1 to 16/4 Street): Prohibited area from the intersection of Nguyen Tri Phuong Street with Tran Quang Dieu Street (right at the headquarters of Phan Rang - Thap Cham City People's Court) to the intersection with 16/4 Street.

The ban is from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on June 13 and 16. During the ban, vehicles traveling from April 16th Street to Binh Son Beach will follow the following route: April 16th Street - turn right onto Hoang Dieu Street - turn left onto the street behind the Provincial Museum - turn left onto Nguyen Tri Phuong Street - turn right onto April 16th Street to continue toward Binh Son Beach. Vehicles traveling from April 16th Street (Binh Son Beach) toward the city center will turn right onto Nguyen Tri Phuong Street, then through the routes in Area K1 to enter the city center.

Opening and closing program of the UNESCO Certificate Reception Ceremony and the Grape and Wine Festival, prohibiting vehicles from circulating on the following routes:

- Hoang Dieu Street (from the night market area to the Provincial Museum): The prohibited area is from the intersection of Hoang Dieu Street and Tran Quang Dieu Street to the intersection with the road behind the Provincial Museum.

- Tran Quang Dieu Street (night market area behind April 16 Square): Prohibited area from the intersection of Tran Quang Dieu Street with Hoang Dieu Street to the intersection with Nguyen Tri Phuong Street.

- Nguyen Tri Phuong Street: The prohibited area is from the intersection of Nguyen Tri Phuong Street with Tran Quang Dieu Street (right at the headquarters of the People's Court of Phan Rang - Thap Cham City) to the intersection with the road behind the Provincial Museum; the road behind the Provincial Museum, the prohibited area is from the intersection with Hoang Dieu Street to the intersection with Nguyen Tri Phuong Street.

- April 16th Street: Prohibited area from the intersection of April 16th Street and Ngo Gia Tu Street to the location of the Department of Justice headquarters.

The ban is from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on June 15 and 18. During the ban, traffic from the city center to Binh Son beach and vice versa will be regulated through main routes such as: Ngo Gia Tu, Nguyen Van Cu, Truong Chinh, Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Yen Ninh, Vo Nguyen Giap, Hai Thuong Lan Ong, Thong Nhat.

The 2nd Ninh Thuan Province Ethnic Cultural Beauty Contest in 2023 prohibits all types of vehicles from circulating on the following routes:

- April 16th Street (Monument side): Prohibited area from the intersection of April 16th Street with Hoang Dieu Street to the intersection of April 16th Street with Nguyen Tri Phuong Street.

The ban is from 6pm to 10pm on June 17. During the ban, vehicles on April 16th Street (towards the Museum) can operate normally. Vehicles traveling from April 16th Street (Binh Son sign) towards the city center will turn right onto Nguyen Tri Phuong Street, then through the routes in area K1 to enter the city center.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Police to preside over and coordinate with the People's Committee of Phan Rang - Thap Cham City and related units to develop a plan to ensure security, order, fire prevention and safety, have a plan to regulate traffic, avoid traffic congestion in the area where programs and activities serving the festival are held; direct forces to strictly control checkpoints entering prohibited routes during the festival...
