OGAWA and SkyJoy become strategic partners 2023

In this event, OGAWA Vietnam became a strategic partner in the Vietjet SkyJoy project, with the desire to bring shopping benefits and attractive experiences to customers of both sides.

Representatives of Vietjet Skyjoy and OGAWA Vietnam conducted the signing ceremony.

The signing and announcement ceremony of cooperation was held on May 16, 2023 at Holiday Inn & Suites Airport Hotel (HCMC), with the participation of customers, strategic partners SkyJoy, the media and influential KOLs.

This cooperation aims to promote the discovery and experience of SkyJoy services and OGAWA's premium healthcare products through a special incentive strategy provided by both parties.

SkyJoy - developed and operated by GalaxyJoy Joint Stock Company - is an application that helps Vietjet members enjoy priority privileges at the airport, easily accumulate/exchange points for airline tickets, use products/services of many other SkyJoy partners. Among them, there are shopping privileges exclusively for OGAWA Vietnam customers.

Becoming a strategic partner of SkyJoy will help OGAWA Vietnam customers enjoy attractive privileges.

Specifically, when purchasing an OGAWA massage chair, customers will receive corresponding Fixed Points (*) on the SkyJoy application. This will help customers easily convert reward points from OGAWA Vietnam into Vietjet Air air tickets at super-saving costs of up to 70%, even during peak occasions such as weekends, holidays, Tet, tourist season, etc. Or customers can also shop or exchange incentives from other services on the SkyJoy application.

(*) Fixed Point tickets are special bonus tickets exclusively for Vietjet SkyJoy members. Not subject to change due to seasonal factors. Each flight segment will correspond to a fixed number of Fixed points based on the flight time.

Up to now, SkyJoy application has received a lot of attention and positive feedback from customers. This is a very good sign that SkyJoy is a potential application in optimizing customer experience.
