(PLVN) - On June 5, Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Secretariat on personnel work.

At the conference, the leaders of Tuyen Quang province announced Decision No. 2122-QDNS/TW dated June 3, 2025 of the Secretariat approving Mr. Ma The Hong, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Organization Committee of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Speaking at the conference, Ms. Ha Thi Nga, Secretary of Tuyen Quang province, affirmed that Mr. Ma The Hong is a well-trained cadre who has matured through many working positions. In all positions, Mr. Ma The Hong has always shown himself to be a cadre with a firm ideological stance, political will, and absolute loyalty to the revolutionary cause of the Party.

Mr. Ma The Hong has a pure moral character, an honest and simple lifestyle, good qualifications and working capacity, rich practical experience and a scientific and solid working mindset, always dedicated and responsible for his work. Thanks to that, he always completes well and excellently all assigned tasks and receives high trust from cadres, party members and people.

Comrade Ha Thi Nga emphasized that comrade Ma The Hong being assigned the important position of Deputy Secretary of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee by the Secretariat and Politburo is a great honor but also a huge responsibility before the Party Committee and people of all ethnic groups in the province.

In particular, in the context of preparing to merge the two provinces of Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang, the Party Committees and people of the two provinces are facing a moment of historical significance, an important step in the process of building a streamlined, effective, efficient and productive political system, towards sustainable and comprehensive development.

The Secretary of Tuyen Quang province hopes that in his new position, with his experience and intelligence, Mr. Ma The Hong will, together with the Provincial Party Executive Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Standing Committee, promote the tradition of solidarity and unity, lead the province to successfully complete the tasks assigned by the Party and the people; and build Tuyen Quang province to develop and be strong in all aspects.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Ma The Hong, Deputy Secretary of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, expressed his emotion and sincerely thanked the Secretariat and Politburo for entrusting him with the new responsibility.
