Mr. Ngo Van Dong was re-elected as Secretary of the Party Committee of Binh Dien Fertilizer Joint Stock Company.

Attending the congress were Member of the Government Party Executive Committee, Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Members of Vietnam Chemical Group - Phung Quang Hiep, along with 148 officially summoned delegates.

During the 2020-2025 term, promoting the tradition of dynamism and creativity, the Party Committee of Binh Dien Fertilizer Joint Stock Company has united and strived to overcome many difficulties and successfully completed political tasks.

On average, each year, 89.4% of grassroots party organizations are classified as having fulfilled their tasks well, and 91% of party members are assessed as having fulfilled their tasks well or better. Notably, during the term, the Party Committee admitted 25 new party members, exceeding the target set by the resolution by 25%.

In addition to Party building work, the Company's Party Committee has led the implementation of production and business tasks well, ensuring income, jobs and living conditions for workers, making important contributions to the stability and development of the Vietnamese fertilizer industry.

Delegates participate in the election of the new Party Executive Committee

In the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee of Binh Dien Fertilizer Joint Stock Company has set many important targets. Among them, continuing to improve the quality of grassroots party organizations, striving to have more than 80% of grassroots party organizations and more than 90% of party members annually assessed as completing their tasks well or better.

The rate of new party members is 3% or more compared to the total number of party members in the entire Party Committee. Regarding production and business, the company sets the target: Industrial production value reaches over 59,000 billion VND, an average growth of 10.1%/year; revenue strives to reach nearly 57,500 billion VND, an average growth of 10.4%/year.
