On the afternoon of December 4, the Standing Committee of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce decisions on personnel work. Attending the conference were Mr. Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, Secretary of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Duc Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Quang Nam Provincial People's Council.
At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee decided to appoint Mr. Phan Van Binh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, to hold the position of Head of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee from December 4, 2024, for a term of 5 years.
Mr. Phan Van Binh, born in 1981, hometown Thang Binh district, Quang Nam province. Professional qualifications: Master of Public Policy, University of Industry and Rural Construction, University of Politics, Organizational Work; Advanced level of political theory.
