On the morning of February 28, the Party Committee of Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on personnel work.

The conference announced the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on Mr. Nguyen Xuan Ha, Vice Chairman of Dien Ban Town People's Committee, to take up work at the Provincial Party Committee, to be appointed to participate in the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term from March 3.

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Ha was born in 1978, from Dien Tien commune, Dien Ban town, Quang Nam province, Kinh ethnic group, with a master's degree in business administration.

Mr. Ha has held the following positions: specialist of the Office of the People's Council and People's Committee of Dien Ban district, Deputy Chief of Office of the People's Council and People's Committee of Dien Ban district; Deputy Chief of Office of the Dien Ban Town Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Dien Ban town.
