Allocate 900 million VND to Ba Tri district to build new houses for poor households

The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province - The Standing Committee of the Mobilization, Management and Use of the Fund "For the Poor" of the province agreed to allocate 900 million VND from the source supported by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Giang province, transferred to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ba Tri district to support the construction of 15 new houses for disadvantaged households.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee - The Standing Committee of the Provincial "For the Poor" Fund Mobilization, Management and Use Fund agreed to allocate 900 million VND from the source supported by the Bac Giang Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to the Ba Tri District Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to support the construction of 15 new houses for poor households under the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in Ba Tri District. Each house is worth 60 million VND.

The support fund is transferred to the account of the Mobilization Committee of the Fund "For the Poor" of Ba Tri district. The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ba Tri district - the Standing Committee of the Mobilization, Management and Use of the Fund "For the Poor" of Ba Tri district receives and uses the allocated amount for the right purpose and the right beneficiaries; coordinates with relevant local departments to carry out the construction, monitor and inspect the construction of new houses for disadvantaged households to ensure compliance with regulations.

After 15 days from the date of handing over the house, the unit shall report on the use of the allocated funds to the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province. The unit shall prepare and archive the dossier on construction and settlement of funds for construction of houses for disadvantaged households under the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the province in accordance with Instruction No. 909/HD-SXD dated March 21, 2025 of the Department of Construction on Guidelines for implementing the construction and elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses in the province in 2025.
