Accordingly, the Steering Committee 389 Ben Tre requested that the departments and branches that are members of the Steering Committee, the People's Committees at the district and commune levels, based on their assigned functions and tasks, continue to direct the functional forces to effectively organize the implementation of the work of combating smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods in the sea border areas, sea areas and inland areas under the responsibility of the units and areas. Conduct an accurate assessment of the actual implementation results, proactively forecast the situation, identify routes, areas, subjects and key groups of goods. Identify methods, tricks of operation and emerging behaviors. Receive and promptly handle reports. Coordinate to inspect, control and effectively prevent acts of smuggling, trade fraud, counterfeit goods and infringement of intellectual property rights; assign responsibility to the heads of units and localities for the occurrence of complicated and prominent cases related to the work of combating smuggling, trade fraud and fraud of goods origin.
