Strive to annually support vocational training for more than 4,000 rural workers

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has just issued a document requesting media agencies and districts, towns and cities to strengthen propaganda work to implement Plan No. 3644, dated March 31, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee on implementing Plan No. 252, dated January 21, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on implementing Directive No. 37, dated July 10, 2024 of the Secretariat on innovation in vocational training for rural workers to meet the requirements of industrialization and modernization of agriculture and rural areas.

Implementing Directive No. 37 of the Secretariat, in the period of 2025 - 2030, the whole province strives to annually support vocational training at all levels of vocational education for more than 4,000 rural workers, contributing to the shift of labor structure from agriculture to non-agriculture. By the end of 2030, the rate of trained workers will reach 90%, of which the rate of workers with degrees and certificates will reach 40%, the rate of non-agricultural workers will reach 82%. To achieve the set goals, all levels, sectors, localities, and vocational training institutions will focus on effectively implementing tasks and solutions such as: Strengthening propaganda, raising social awareness of vocational training for rural workers; improving the capacity and effectiveness of state management to meet the requirements of innovation in vocational training for rural workers; strengthening career guidance and student orientation in general education; Comprehensive innovation, improving the quality and effectiveness of vocational training for rural workers; allocating resources to innovate vocational training for rural workers...
