According to the results of the Steering Committee, the whole province has 1,424 people making lists, divided into 96 people in the area and 1,328 people in the rural area. Up to now, the whole province has made lists of 259,402 households, reaching 94.42% of the estimated number of households. The list of households in urban areas has been made by 37,124 households, reaching 99.59% of the estimated number of households. The list of households in rural areas has been made by 237,616 households, reaching 93.61% of the estimated number of households.

Although the preparation work for the Census achieved some important results, the progress of the census preparation was slower than required.
In order to achieve high results in the General Census, the Steering Committee continues to verify and complete the household list data, approve the list; complete the selection of investigators and team leaders according to the prescribed plan; organize professional training on household survey, farm survey, and commune survey for the Steering Committees at the provincial, district, and commune levels...
Comrade Nguyen Bien Thuy, Head of Statistics Team No. 4, Provincial Statistics Office, suggested considering streamlining the commune-level apparatus to facilitate investigation work.
Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Quynh Thien highly appreciated the members of the Steering Committee in preparing for the General Census of Rural and Agricultural Areas , and directed that in the coming time, supervisors at all levels should focus on compiling data and ensuring lists. To deploy the survey work, the Commune Steering Committee will complete its apparatus, especially the heads of the survey teams, to effectively carry out the General Census.

The Standing Office of the General Statistics Office directs members of the Steering Committee to regularly inspect and supervise directly at the grassroots level to promptly remove difficulties and speed up the investigation progress in accordance with regulations. The General Statistics Office coordinates with media agencies to promote mass information dissemination, manuals, etc. before, during and after the General Census. In particular, clearly disseminate the content of the purpose and significance of the General Census, the subjects of the census, time, location and people's rights when conducting the General Census.

Provincial supervisors strengthen supervision of the training of investigators and team leaders as well as supervision of the actual investigation process, ensuring that information collection is in accordance with the procedures and instructions according to the proposed plan. The Standing Agency continues to coordinate with localities, especially key staff, to effectively implement the General Census. In July 2025, the General Census will be launched in a tight and synchronous manner, striving to complete acceptance before August 2025. If there are any difficulties or problems during the implementation process, promptly report to the Steering Committee for resolution.
