The first online contest to learn about the National Assembly is open to people at home and abroad.

Speaking at the program, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice President of the National Assembly said that the contest is a meaningful, practical and creative socio -political activity, an opportunity for the young generation, cadres, party members and all people, overseas Vietnamese to review glorious milestones, contributing to nurturing patriotism and civic spirit in the new era.

Through the digital platform, the contest opens up a large interactive space, creating conditions for all classes of people, especially union members, youth, students, and pupils to participate, exchange and spread knowledge, thereby continuing to foster faith, aspiration, and determination to build an independent, strong, and sustainably developed Vietnam.
The 80-year journey of the Vietnamese National Assembly is a journey of wisdom, courage, dedication and aspiration to constantly strive towards the goal of serving the people, creating sustainable development and a bright future for future generations. Promoting the glorious historical tradition, the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam will continue to move forward steadily, constantly innovate, improve the quality of its activities, and increasingly affirm its role as the highest representative body.
At the Launching Ceremony, Mr. Bui Quang Huy - First Secretary of the Central Youth Union said that the contest is organized with rich content, diverse and modern forms, divided into 02 stages, starting from June 2 to December 2, 2025, for a large number of children and people at home and abroad.
“This is the first time a contest to learn about the traditions of the National Assembly has been organized with many modern forms of competition, applying digital transformation, expected to attract a large number of people at home and abroad to participate,” Mr. Bui Quang Huy emphasized.

Each round of competition is a flame of inspiration, spreading patriotism.
Accordingly, the first stage of the multiple-choice test, from June 2 to October 14, 2025: Test at the website thitructuyen.doanthanhnien.vn for all classes of people (excluding union members and young people). Test on the application "Thanh Nien Viet Nam" for young people; Vietnamese citizens living, working, studying in and outside the country.
Every week, the 2 exam platforms will open the gate starting from 00:00', Wednesday and close the gate at 00:00', Wednesday of the following week (each exam week lasts for 7 days)
If you answer 7/10 questions correctly or more, you will be granted an online certificate on the Thanh Nien Viet Nam application. If you answer 6/10 questions or less, you will not be granted a certificate. You can retake the test many times, and even if you have been granted a certificate, you can still retake the test.
The exam topics for each week are as follows: Week 1: President Ho Chi Minh and the National Assembly. Week 2: The role and tasks of the National Assembly. Week 3: Legislative activities of the National Assembly. Week 4: The 1946 Constitution - The first legal foundation. Week 5: The 1992 Constitution - The progress of the rule of law...Week 22: The National Assembly and ethnic minorities. Week 23: The National Assembly innovates its activities in the era of national development.
Stage 2 is an online interactive competition on the Facebook community network (fanpage), from October 14 to December 2, 2025. It takes place from 20:00 to 21:00 every Tuesday, each competition week is associated with a specific topic.
