In 2025, Regiment 764 of the Provincial Military Command received 230 outstanding young men from the province for concentrated training. After 3 months of training, 100% of new soldiers were fully trained and tested according to the training program and plan. The test results achieved the set goals and requirements, ensuring absolute safety.
New soldiers are also equipped with basic knowledge of Military, Politics , Logistics - Engineering as a basis for continuing training in new, higher content in the following time.
Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Dinh Bat Van - Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff, in charge of the Commander of the Provincial Military Command expressed his belief that the new soldiers will continue to fulfill their tasks well with the spirit of "Overcoming any difficulty, defeating any enemy, uniting and unifying to build a strong, exemplary, and representative unit", contributing to the successful implementation of the task of building and defending the Fatherland in the new situation.

The Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command requested that agencies and units, especially new soldiers, always clearly identify their responsibilities and tasks, whether on land or at sea or on islands. In any position, they must promote the achievements achieved in the past time and strive to excellently complete all tasks assigned by the organization.
Strive to study, cultivate, and constantly train to improve political qualities, stance, and viewpoints, and not be vague or lose vigilance against the plots and tricks of hostile forces.
Correctly carry out the 10 oaths of honor, 12 disciplinary rules, strictly comply with the Army's regulations, rules, and regimes, and the State's laws, build solidarity within the unit; continue to train and promote the qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" in the new period.
Actively participate in physical education and sports activities, improve health, do a good job in production and animal husbandry to ensure the lives of soldiers with the unit. At the same time, manage weapons and technical equipment well, ensure safety in training and traffic safety.
