Accordingly, the 10th grade entrance exam will take place from June 7 to 9, 2025, with about 110,000 candidates at 210 exam sites. The high school graduation exam will be held from June 26 to 28, 2025, with about 120,000 candidates at 250 exam sites in Hanoi .
To better serve the organization of the exam, the Traffic Police Department has directed its teams and stations to proactively coordinate with local police and local authorities to conduct surveys and grasp the locations and characteristics of exam sites and related routes. On that basis, develop a plan to arrange appropriate forces according to each time frame and the characteristics of each locality, ensuring maximum efficiency in traffic flow and regulation and support for candidates and people.

During the exam days, the Traffic Police will strengthen coordination with the Ward and Commune Police, Construction Inspectorate, Youth Union and functional organizations to deploy synchronous solutions to maintain traffic order and safety. Focus on regulating key routes at risk of congestion, organize remote traffic diversion, proactively clear hot spots, areas with construction works or areas with the possibility of flooding in bad weather, especially during peak hours at the beginning and end of the exam.
In parallel, patrols and controls will be regularly deployed at bus stations and train stations such as Nuoc Ngam, Giap Bat, My Dinh, Yen Nghia, Hanoi Railway Station, Long Bien, etc., strictly handling violations such as stopping and parking in the wrong place, illegal pick-up and drop-off of passengers, and disguised contract vehicles. The Traffic Police force also focuses on ensuring urban order, creating favorable conditions for the movement of candidates and their relatives during the exam period.

In addition, the Traffic Police Department will closely coordinate with functional units in ensuring absolute safety in the transportation and preservation of exam papers and exam papers; proactively prevent and handle security and order situations at exam sites, contributing to organizing the exam seriously and in accordance with regulations.

Hanoi City Police recommend that parents strictly comply with the provisions of the Road Traffic Law when taking students to the exam, such as: driving in the correct lane, obeying traffic lights, and wearing helmets according to regulations.
At the exam site, it is absolutely necessary to comply with the instructions of the authorities and not to stop or park in a way that obstructs traffic. In particular, do not let your children drive the vehicle if it does not meet the conditions prescribed by law.
