Accordingly, at around 9:00 a.m. the same day, at the Phap Hai pagoda wharf area (group 13, Vy Da ward), people discovered a male corpse drifting ashore, with the following characteristics: Age 35 - 45, height 1.7 meters, average build, wearing a long-sleeved shirt with a striped pattern of the Vitimex brand, wearing a short-sleeved shirt in pink and white, with a blue checkered pattern of the An Phuoc brand.

After the discovery, the Ward People's Committee coordinated with Vy Da Ward Police to make a record of the drowning accident. However, the locality has not yet been able to verify the victim's identity to contact relatives.

Vy Da Ward People's Committee issued a notice to anyone who is a relative of the victim or knows related information to contact the unit or Vy Da Ward Police to complete the body handover procedures.
