Dong Tien Cooperative applies high technology to produce more than 2,000 square meters of Phalaenopsis orchids.
In the period of 2020-2025, many value chain linkage models between good production and business households, cooperatives, and enterprises have been formed. Many good production and business farming households have boldly invested and established 105 small and medium enterprises, 554 cooperative groups, 132 cooperatives, 152 vocational farmer associations, 1,107 vocational farmer associations, with diverse and rich production and business sectors, focusing mainly on the fields of cultivation, animal husbandry, services, aquaculture, seafood processing, etc.
Dong Tien Agricultural Mechanization Service Cooperative was established in September 2012, in the field of production and consumption of vegetables, tubers, fruits and flowers. The cooperative initially had 7 members, with a charter capital of more than 1.2 billion VND. Up to now, it has attracted 21 members and increased the total charter capital to 5 billion VND. In 2018, the cooperative built 11 greenhouses to produce various vegetables, tomatoes, Kim Hoang Hau melons, baby cucumbers... Applying science and technology to build a value chain model for production and consumption of organic vegetables, tubers, fruits and flowers. On average, the Cooperative supplies the market with 120 tons of vegetables and fruits per year, mainly in the province and some provinces and cities such as Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Hai Phong, Nghe An... By 2019, the Cooperative expanded its production model by 4,500m2 with 4 greenhouses to produce organic vegetables, tubers and fruits and concentrated more than 30 hectares of rice production land in the locality to form a large-scale production area. In addition, the Cooperative has linked the production and consumption of Kim Hoang Hau melon products with 5 Cooperatives in the province and established an enterprise to meet the needs of developing the production of vegetables, tubers and fruits according to organic standards. By 2024, the Cooperative has affirmed its position in high-tech agricultural production by transferring science and technology, putting into production more than 2,000m2 of Phalaenopsis orchids. The cooperative has been creating regular jobs for 10 workers and dozens of seasonal workers with an average salary of 5.5 million VND/person/month.
Hong An Cooperative is a pioneer in developing household economy in Xuan Tin commune. The Cooperative produces and processes chicken feed itself, with a quantity of over 35,000 chickens, an output of 70,000 kg/batch, nearly 3 batches a year, supplying the market inside and outside the province, with a revenue of 4 billion VND/year, and an income after deducting expenses of about more than 2 billion VND/year. Every year, the Cooperative transfers science and technology, disseminates knowledge and experience to 40 households, creates regular jobs for 15 workers and 15-20 seasonal workers, with an income of 6-8 million VND/person/month. Helps 5 poor households and households with difficulties in capital, materials, technology, and experience to develop production and business.
Along with propaganda activities, the associations at all levels have focused on organizing consultation, support, and guidance for farmers on the steps to establish cooperatives and cooperatives from the survey stage, project establishment to organizing production, business, and service activities according to regulations. The associations at all levels have effectively implemented many activities to support farmers, considering them an important lever to improve the quality of movements, such as: credit with banks supporting 17 trillion VND for farmers to borrow capital to develop production and business; building and managing a farmer support fund with 38.9 billion VND, lending to 726 households with 418 production and business development projects by household group. From there, promoting the application of technical and technological advances in production, exploiting the potential strengths in each locality, creating high-quality, efficient agricultural products and services, building OCOP products and food safety products. Cooperating with reputable companies and enterprises in and outside the province, annually supplying more than 30 thousand tons of quality agricultural materials such as fertilizers and seeds in the form of deferred payment to farmers. Mobilizing members and farmers to apply digital transformation in the production and consumption of agricultural products and goods; supporting farmers to connect supply and demand, promote and consume products.

Coordinate in organizing training courses on applying science and technology in production and business; organize promotional activities, trade promotion, provide information, prices of agricultural materials and agricultural products; promote market connection; build brands, trademarks, geographical indications; register to establish intellectual property rights on product trademarks or provide services, contributing to improving the competitiveness of agricultural products. Timely respond to the needs and aspirations of farmer members; gather, unite, support farmers to become rich, reduce poverty sustainably, promote production, gradually stabilize and improve the lives of members".
