Joining in the enthusiastic atmosphere of the conscription day in the province and the whole country, on the morning of February 26th, the Military Service Council of Nghi Son town organized the 2024 military conscription ceremony.

Attending the ceremony were Comrade Trinh Tuan Sinh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Comrade Vu Thi Huong, Provincial Party Committee member, Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; representatives of the Provincial Military Command; leaders of Nghi Son town; representatives of the units receiving the recruits, along with a large number of people and relatives of the new recruits in Nghi Son town.

Outstanding young men from Nghi Son town will enlist in the army in 2024.
In 2024, Nghi Son town had 190 young men enlisting in the military to fulfill their military service obligations at the following units: 312th Division; Military School under the 2nd Army Corps; 324th Division under the 4th Military Region; Air Defense - Air Force Command; Training Center of Region 4 of the Navy Command; Provincial Border Guard Command; and 23 young men joining the People's Public Security Force.
The new recruits are all in good health, have firm political beliefs and stances, and comply well with the Military Service Law. Before their departure for military service, the Party committees, government, Fatherland Front, and mass organizations of the town organized delegations to visit, give gifts, and encourage the young men to feel secure and ready for enlistment.
Following the traditional fire-lighting ceremony and drum-beating of the conscription festival by the town's leaders, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Trinh Tuan Sinh and other delegates presented flowers and gifts to encourage the new recruits as they departed for military service.
