Next, the delegation visited and presented gifts of gratitude to Ms. Nguyen Thi Luong (born in 1930), mother of martyr Hoang Van Quy (born in 1957; died on March 28, 1975) and Ms. Nguyen Thi Vinh (born in 1927), mother of martyr Nguyen Tai Trong (born in 1949; died on May 4, 1967) in Zone 2, Chu Chang village, Minh Chau commune.

At the families, Vice Chairwoman of the City People's Council Pham Thi Thanh Mai respectfully sent the regards of Comrade Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Politburo member, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the City National Assembly Delegation to the mothers of the two martyrs.
Comrade Pham Thi Thanh Mai said that on this occasion, Hanoi city organized many delegations led by city leaders to visit, express gratitude and give gifts to families of war invalids, martyrs and families with meritorious services to the revolution.

Comrade Pham Thi Thanh Mai expressed her deep gratitude for the great dedication and sacrifice of the two martyrs Hoang Van Quy and Nguyen Tai Trong and the families who contributed to the revolution. She wished the two mothers good health, continuing to be the spiritual support for their children and grandchildren to uphold the family's fine traditions, contributing to building the capital and the country to become more civilized and prosperous.
Vice Chairwoman of the City People's Council Pham Thi Thanh Mai also requested the Party Committee and the Minh Chau commune government to continue to more effectively implement preferential policies for people with meritorious services, focusing on educating the young generation about patriotism and national pride through practical and meaningful gratitude activities.
On this occasion, the Hanoi City National Assembly Delegation visited and presented 20 gifts to 20 families of people with revolutionary contributions in Minh Chau commune.
