The leaders of Bac Kan province welcomed the delegation with comrades: Hoang Duy Chinh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Phuong Thi Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Dang Binh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

At the meeting, Provincial Party Secretary Hoang Duy Chinh reported to the Vice President on the socio-economic situation, difficulties, challenges and efforts of the province in the past time. Currently, Bac Kan province is making every effort to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses for people facing housing difficulties, ensuring social security, contributing to gradually improving the quality of life for the people.

With a high spirit of determination, Bac Kan province has been and is continuing to well implement the policies of the Party and State, paying special attention to doing well the political and ideological education for cadres, party members and people in the process of streamlining the apparatus.

After listening to the report, Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan congratulated and acknowledged the results that Bac Kan province has achieved in recent times, and shared the difficulties of the province, especially in digital transformation and application of information technology in activities.

The Vice President emphasized that Bac Kan needs to focus on effectively implementing the work of streamlining the apparatus, ensuring efficiency and closeness to the people. Thai Nguyen, with its own strengths, will support Bac Kan to develop the province, but the wish of the Central Government as well as General Secretary To Lam is to expand the development space, share and support Bac Kan to keep up with the general development of the country./.
