Hong Ngu City People's Committee has proposed the Provincial People's Committee to add 2 new industrial clusters with an area of ​​98 hectares (Binh Hung Industrial Cluster 69 hectares and Startup Industrial Cluster 29 hectares) approved by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, currently being updated into the city's master plan, as well as calling for investment in projects in the above 2 industrial clusters.

Continuing to promote industrial restructuring in the area, Hong Ngu City strengthens coordination with relevant units, creating favorable conditions for the rapid implementation of industrial clusters and industrial development investment projects according to the planning. Effectively apply mechanisms and policies to encourage and support small and medium enterprises (industrial promotion, agricultural promotion, science - technology, investment funds, etc.), creating favorable conditions for enterprises to invest and apply science - technology in production. In particular, Hong Ngu City regularly supports enterprises in trade promotion according to the specific needs of each enterprise.
