The Vice Chairman of the National Assembly expressed his delight at the changes and outstanding results that the Party Committee, government, Fatherland Front and people of Quang Ninh province have achieved. Specifically, the economic growth rate (GRDP) is estimated to increase by 11.66%, the highest increase in the past 10 years; State budget revenue is estimated at VND 51,465 billion, reaching over 90% of the estimate assigned at the beginning of the year.
2026 marks the beginning of a new term, a new development stage of the country. The Vice Chairman of the National Assembly suggested that Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front of Quang Ninh province, the people of Quang Duc commune and the residential areas of Khay Phau, Na Ly, Tinh A, and Ma Thau Pho focus on directing the implementation of the Resolution of the recent Congress; promote emulation movements, create momentum and trust in the entire Party and people; and in the immediate future, focus on successfully implementing the tasks of 2025.
Pay attention to consolidating, perfecting, and strongly innovating the content and methods of operation of the Fatherland Front at all levels according to the direction of General Secretary To Lam at the Congress of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central mass organizations for the 2025-2030 term.

The residential area of Khay Phau, Na Ly, Tinh A, and Ma Thau Pho includes 4 villages with a total of 408 households and 1,824 people. 97.5% of the population here is Dao Thanh Y ethnic group, and they mainly work in farming and forestry.
In 2025, the Front Work Committees of the villages have united, unified, focused on organizing and implementing tasks, achieving many positive results.
