This year, Yen Tu Heritage Marathon 2025 welcomes nearly 3,000 professional and amateur athletes from many provinces and cities across the country, along with international athletes from many countries and territories such as : Canada, Germany, Korea, China, Japan, Philippines, South Africa, Taiwan (China), the United Kingdom, the United States... The presence of international runners not only brings multicultural color to the tournament, but is also a clear demonstration of the strong spread of the Yen Tu spirit - where sports , culture and spirituality blend into a unique experience.

This year's race includes distances of 5km, 10km, 21km and 42km, with a total prize value of over 200 million VND. Yen Tu Heritage Marathon 2025 brings athletes a journey to fully experience the most beautiful and characteristic scenery of Yen Tu.

Starting from the Yen Tu Legacy Stone Gate area - Yen Tu special national relic site, the race takes athletes along a winding path in the middle of the green forest, passing the Temple of Regiment 5 - a relic marking the resilient fighting spirit of the army and people of the sacred land, then to a series of sacred places such as Truc Lam Yen Tu Zen Monastery, Cam Thuc Pagoda , Suoi Tam Pagoda, and peaceful landscapes in the sacred mountains covered with clouds. From about km22-km23, is a poetic road around Yen Trung Lake tourist area - "Da Lat of Quang Ninh", where pine forests and blue lakes bring a sense of peace and energy to every step.

This is a practical cultural - tourism - sports activity to celebrate major anniversaries in the last months of 2025, especially to celebrate the event of receiving the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Certificate for the historical relic and scenic complex of Yen Tu - Vinh Nghiem - Con Son, Kiep Bac, spreading the spirit of sports training, building a healthy lifestyle; at the same time contributing to stimulating tourism in Quang Ninh, promoting the image of tourism and spiritual culture of Yen Tu to domestic and international friends.
