Informing that there is not much time left until the award ceremony, the Standing Vice Chairman of the National Assembly requested that the Standing Organizing Committee and relevant units urgently deploy and complete the preparation work to ensure timely and on schedule. Direct departments and units to promptly contact and confirm the delegates attending the award ceremony to assign reception tasks. Coordinate with functional units of the People's Council and People's Committee of Hanoi to ensure security and order, arrange seats for delegates at the award ceremony; ensure reception work, welcome delegates thoughtfully and solemnly.
In addition, the Standing Vice Chairman of the National Assembly also proposed to promote information and propaganda work before, during and after the award ceremony; complete the exhibition space and display of the Dien Hong press award. The Standing Representative of the Organizing Committee also said that the Organizing Committee closely directed the activities of the Judging Council. Thereby, 64 press works from 06 agencies were selected to award the first Dien Hong Prize, including 05 A prizes, 13 B prizes, 16 C prizes, 31 Encouragement prizes, and no Special Prize.
For outstanding collectives, based on the results of participating in the first Dien Hong Award, the Organizing Committee selected 15 agencies and units with positive contributions and outstanding achievements contributing to the success of the first Dien Hong Award to propose the Chairman of the National Assembly Office to award Certificates of Merit at the award ceremony.
The Organizing Committee also proposed to supplement the award structure in the following direction: adding 2 works outside the structure that have been highly appreciated by the Preliminary and Final Councils. Specifically, awarding the "Excellent parliamentary journalism product" award, these two awards are equivalent to the Encouragement Award. Adding 1 Encouragement Award and adding 10 awards for excellent press agencies participating in the First Dien Hong Award, 5 voluntary sponsors accompanying the First Dien Hong Award.

The award is selected and awarded to authors (groups of authors) and excellent press works on the National Assembly and People's Councils with the following focuses: Reflecting on the formation and development process of the National Assembly of Vietnam from the first General Election (January 6, 1946) to the present; emphasizing the role, mission and tasks of the National Assembly which are always closely associated with the history of the Vietnamese Revolution, contributing to the successful implementation of the struggle, protection and construction of our country to become increasingly rich, fair, democratic, civilized and successfully integrated, affirming the position of Vietnam in the region and the world.
