On the morning of November 6, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tuan Thanh inspected the response work to storm No. 13 in areas of Quy Nhon Dong and Quy Nhon Nam wards.

In the Ly Luong beach area (Quy Nhon Dong ward), from the early morning of November 6, the waves and wind began to increase. The local authorities urgently evacuated 111 households with 405 people, of which 22 people moved to the centralized evacuation area, the rest were evacuated alternately.

Military , police and border guards quickly completed the work of supporting people in securing their houses, moving their assets to safe places and raising people's awareness of storm response.
