In Dong Hoa commune, the delegation visited and presented gifts to Heroic Vietnamese Mother Pham Thi Chinh and Mr. Nguyen Van Xuyen, a 2/4 disabled soldier, both residing in Dong Hoa commune.

On the same day, Vice Chairman of An Giang Provincial People's Committee Ngo Cong Thuc worked with leaders of An Minh and Dong Hoa communes to survey the implementation of the two-level government model after the merger.
