At the dialogue, some households requested the provincial People's Committee leaders to continue to review land prices, support levels, and compensation because they are still low; consider creating jobs for affected people and supporting residential land and production land for people. Leaders of Kon Tum City People's Committee, related units and localities answered questions and recommendations of households and difficulties and obstacles in resolving people's recommendations in the past. The urban renovation investment project, creating land funds to implement the planning of the Tourism - Urban Ecological Resort combined with Sports in Dak Ro Wa commune, currently has 48/483 households who have not agreed on the compensation price for site clearance.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Ngoc Sam acknowledged the contents of the recommendations and proposals of the households; the Provincial People's Committee will synthesize and submit to competent authorities for consideration and have policies to support households, especially in resolving residential land and production land to ensure the legitimate and legal rights of the people. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Provincial Inspectorate to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to fully absorb the recommendations of the people, complete the report for the Provincial People's Committee to submit to competent authorities for resolution before May 31, 2025./.
