Nearly 130,500 opinions were submitted to contribute to amending and supplementing the 2013 Constitution.

(kontumtv.vn) – In order to collect opinions on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution, implemented by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, by May 26, 6 districts, cities and 3 mass organizations, namely the Provincial Farmers' Association, the Provincial Women's Union, and the Provincial Labor Federation, had compiled opinions and sent them to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province.

As a result, there were nearly 130,500 opinions participating in contributing to amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution. Of these, nearly 51,700 opinions were from agencies and organizations and more than 78,700 opinions were from the People. Specifically, for the content of amending and supplementing Article 9, there were more than 130,400 opinions in favor, 17 opinions against; for the content of amending and supplementing Article 10, there were 130,457 opinions in favor, 12 opinions against; for the content of amending and supplementing Clause 1, Article 84, there were nearly 130,440 opinions in favor and 31 opinions against; for the content of amending and supplementing Article 110, there were nearly 130,460 opinions in favor, 13 opinions against. Regarding the content of the amendment and supplement to Clause 2, Article 112, there were 19 opinions against and 130,450 opinions in favor. Regarding the content of the amendment and supplement to Clause 2, Article 115, there were more than 130,400 opinions in favor and 28 opinions in disapproval. Regarding the content of the amendment and supplement to Clause 2, Article 111 and Clause 1, Article 114, 100% of opinions were in favor.

The results of the collection of opinions on the amendment and supplementation of a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution in Kon Tum province contribute to the task of amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution implemented by the National Assembly.
