At the program, union members and young people had 22 questions expressing their wishes, recommendations and proposals related to the implementation of policies on innovation and socio-economic development in the province. The areas that union members and young people are most interested in are start-ups and innovation with the desire to increase the value of agricultural products; building information pages to promote tourist destinations; policies to support youth start-ups; preserving and promoting the cultural heritage of gongs; promoting the role of "Community Digital Technology Group" to effectively implement Project 06.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Huu Thap acknowledged the opinions of the union members and youth at the dialogue; requested departments, branches and sectors to absorb and synthesize to have appropriate solutions in the coming time; hoped that the Provincial Youth Union and Youth Union chapters at all levels would continue to launch many practical emulation movements to further promote the pioneering role and contributions of youth in start-ups, science and technology development, innovation, and digital transformation; requested that Party committees at all levels continue to pay attention to the development of youth and youth movements, especially strengthening the coordination mechanism with the Youth Union at the same level to build and effectively implement policies for youth.
