TPO - Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Phan Van Mai has handed over the decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Tran Van Bay, Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, to hold the position of Chief Inspector of Ho Chi Minh City.
On the afternoon of June 5, Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Phan Van Mai chaired the ceremony to award decisions to cadres.
At the ceremony, Mr. Phan Van Mai presented the decision on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Tran Van Bay, Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, to the position of Chief Inspector of Ho Chi Minh City. The term of office is 5 years.
Mr. Bay was assigned the position of Chief Inspector of Ho Chi Minh City to replace Mr. Dang Minh Dat, who retired and received social insurance since the beginning of June.

Mr. Tran Van Bay was born in 1971, hometown Dong Nai province, has a Master's degree in Law, Advanced Political Theory.
Before being appointed as Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Ho Chi Minh City, Mr. Bay held a number of positions such as: Deputy Director of the Department of Justice of Ho Chi Minh City, Vice President of the Ho Chi Minh City Lawyers Association, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of District 9 (old).
