With that approach, Vietnam is implementing a revolution to streamline the apparatus of the political system from the central to local levels; implementing the "strategic quartet": Science and technology, innovation, national digital transformation (Resolution 57-NQ/TW), international integration (Resolution 59-NQ/TW), law making and enforcement (Resolution 66-NQ/TW), private economic development (Resolution 68-NQ/TW); focusing on building the Political Report and Economic Development Plan for the 2026-2031 period to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress.

Wishing that the team of Vietnamese scientists and intellectuals around the world unite, promote the national spirit, contribute to the common development of the country in the era of rising up with specific works and projects, so that Vietnam can stand shoulder to shoulder with the world powers, Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son asked the experts of AVSE Global to closely coordinate with the Policy Advisory Council, ministries and branches of Vietnam in sharing, exchanging information and research orientation.

Thereby, providing practical and feasible policy recommendations, especially breakthrough solutions in building an independent, self-reliant, and deeply integrated economy; developing science, technology, innovation, digital transformation; developing the private economy, contributing to helping Vietnam develop rapidly in the coming period.

The report was built on the basis of synthesizing in-depth, multi-dimensional research in the fields of economics, public policy, public administration, finance, etc., with the participation of nearly 30 Vietnamese experts working in countries and international organizations.

ASVE Global was founded by Professor Nguyen Duc Khuong in 2011, with the goal of gathering and mobilizing individuals, groups of Vietnamese scientists and experts in France and other countries to participate in the socio-economic development of Vietnam.

ASVE Global currently has 88 core members, mainly young scientists born in Vietnam and living and working abroad./.
