Visiting Vietnamese Heroic Mother Kien Thi Ba (95 years old), residing in Ward 1, Tra Vinh City, whose two children are martyrs; Vietnamese Heroic Mother Lam Ngoc Anh (95 years old), residing in Ward 7, Tra Vinh City, whose only child is a martyr, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang kindly asked about their health and expressed his deep gratitude for the great contributions of the mothers, wounded soldiers and sick soldiers to the cause of fighting to protect the Fatherland.

The Deputy Prime Minister respectfully wishes all mothers and their families good health, to continue promoting revolutionary traditions, and to well implement the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws and policies for future generations to learn and follow.

Currently, the whole country has conferred and posthumously conferred the honorary title of Heroic Vietnamese Mother to 150,000 mothers, of which Tra Vinh province has 3,371 mothers.

Visiting, encouraging and presenting 400 Tet gifts to poor households and workers in difficult circumstances in Tra Vinh province, the Deputy Prime Minister encouraged the families to continue to overcome difficulties, strive in labor and production to stabilize their lives and escape poverty sustainably.

On the occasion of the approaching Lunar New Year, the Deputy Prime Minister requested all levels, sectors and philanthropists to continue promoting traditions, implementing well policies for families of policy beneficiaries and people with meritorious services; doing well in social security work so that every family can have a warm, peaceful and happy Tet.

On this occasion, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang, Head of the Government 's Steering Committee for Crime Prevention and Control (Steering Committee 138/CP) visited and encouraged the police force of Tra Vinh province.

The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized that in 2024, the world, regional and domestic situation will remain difficult, posing a heavy task for security work, especially religious security, so the police force must absolutely not be negligent or subjective, must proactively grasp the area, always train, cultivate, maintain moral qualities, strictly abide by the discipline of the industry; effectively implement Project 06.

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang visited and encouraged the police force of Tra Vinh province.

The Deputy Prime Minister noted that Tra Vinh provincial police must pay special attention to drug crimes and high-tech crimes, which are becoming more complicated and tend to increase.

The Deputy Prime Minister suggested that Tra Vinh province should pay attention to taking care of the livelihoods of ethnic people; taking care of, training and fostering ethnic officials and officials working in ethnic affairs.
