Mrs. Hoa's Kitchen is a place to share delicious recipes, cooking experiences and joy in each dish of Mrs. Tran Minh Hoa.
She just posted an article showing how to cook a delicious stir-fried beef pho dish, an easy-to-make delicacy for hot days.
Beef must be marinated so that when stir-fried it is still soft and retains the sweetness of the meat.
Talking about her memories of this dish, Ms. Hoa confided to Tuoi Tre Online that when she was a child, her parents often took her to eat at Chinese restaurants on Hang Buom and Ta Hien streets... and she was still impressed with the delicious stir-fried sauce of the crispy fried noodles and soft fried pho.
"Later, I went to eat stir-fried pho at a few restaurants on Bat Dan. I found that their stir-fried sauce was not as good as before, so I often made it myself. The most important thing is that the beef must be marinated so that when stir-fried, it retains its sweetness and is tender. If the meat is tough, it will be boring," said Ms. Hoa.
Here is how Mrs. Hoa cooks stir-fried beef pho through each photo.

Fry garlic and stir-fry the meat, then pour the meat out and add the vegetables. Mix 1 teaspoon of tapioca starch with 100ml of broth and let the sauce thicken. Add the beef and stir-fry gently until the beef is cooked, then pour the sauce over the pho noodles. Serve with raw vegetables, some pickles and chili sauce.
