Accordingly, every month, the Provincial Party Committee's Information and Communication Department maintains information orientation for press agencies to increase writing news and articles to propagate policies and issues of public concern regarding social insurance and health insurance. Create conditions for reporters of the Provincial Social Insurance to be informed about social insurance and health insurance policies at the Provincial Reporters' Conference. In particular, the work of synthesizing social opinion situations carried out by the Provincial Party Committee's Information and Communication Department has helped Party committees and authorities have solutions to strengthen leadership, direction and effective implementation of social insurance and health insurance policies.
With the assigned functions and tasks, in recent times, the provincial Social Insurance has proactively advised local Party committees and authorities to deploy many solutions to effectively implement social insurance and health insurance policies, especially solutions to urge collection, recover outstanding debts, communicate, develop subjects; timely and effective payment and settlement of social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance policies...; launch and effectively organize emulation movements, raise awareness of responsibility to serve the people, create favorable conditions for people to participate and enjoy social insurance and health insurance policies. Timely direct district Social Insurance to closely coordinate with the Social Insurance and Service Board at the same level. Not only that, every month, the provincial Social Insurance also proactively provides information, reports on the implementation of tasks and coordinates with the Provincial Party Committee's Social Insurance and Service Board to promptly and effectively implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies, the province's resolutions, programs, plans and policies on social insurance and health insurance.

Since the beginning of the year, many new topics and documents on social insurance and health insurance have been promptly disseminated, such as: Topic on the participation of Party committees and authorities in directing the implementation of social insurance and health insurance policies; Topic on new points of 3 laws and decrees and circulars guiding the implementation of the laws: Social Insurance Law No. 41/2024/QH15; Law No. 51/2024/QH15 amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Health Insurance, Law on Employment (amended); Decree No. 143/2024/ND-CP regulating voluntary occupational accident insurance for employees working without labor contracts; Decree 178/2024/ND-CP specifically regulating the policy on resignation for cadres, civil servants, public employees and employees, etc.
According to the direction of the Provincial Party Committee's TG&DV Board, the coordination of the provincial Social Insurance, on the mass media, especially the publications of Lai Chau Newspaper, the program of the Provincial Radio and Television Station, the column "Towards universal insurance" is maintained weekly, promptly informing readers about new social insurance and health insurance policies, practical benefits when participating in social insurance and health insurance, good, creative and typical ways in increasing the coverage rate of social insurance and health insurance... in the province. This contributes to changing people's concepts and thoughts about participating in social insurance and health insurance. Ms. Vang Thi Thao (Tan Phong ward, Lai Chau city) confided: I am a freelancer, for many years I have not participated in social insurance. But by chance I read an article in Lai Chau Newspaper about a character who is old but has no pension, a difficult old age, especially when sick. I suddenly felt worried because in the future without a pension I could also fall into the same situation. To increase the effectiveness of propaganda work on social insurance and health insurance policies, contributing to raising people's awareness, the Deputy Director of the Provincial Social Insurance emphasized: It is necessary to diversify forms of information and communication; coordination work needs to be specified through information and communication contracts, through propaganda products and documents implemented by the Provincial Party Committee's Information and Communication Department in coordination with the Provincial Social Insurance.
