Than Uyen town promotes administrative reform

Administrative reform is identified as one of the key tasks in the activities of the town government. The town People's Committee has directed specialized departments to proactively develop plans and implement documents related to administrative reform. In particular, inspection work at the Reception and Results Department is maintained regularly. Every week, the town organizes meetings to evaluate the activities of the One-Stop Department to identify difficulties and advantages, thereby proposing solutions to overcome and improve the quality of service for people and organizations.

With the motto "Taking the satisfaction of people and organizations as a measure of work efficiency", Than Uyen town always focuses on improving the professional qualifications, skills and skills in performing tasks of the staff, civil servants, especially civil servants working at the One-Stop Department. The town creates conditions for staff to participate in training courses to improve their knowledge and administrative skills. Along with that, the application of information technology in management and operation is promoted. Up to now, most of the town's staff and civil servants have proficiently used official email, document management software, document connection software, digital signatures and electronic household registration management software.

Since the beginning of 2025, the town's One-Stop Department has received and processed nearly 700 records, many of which were processed through level 1 online public services. All records were processed on time, ensuring compliance with legal regulations. The reception and processing of feedback and recommendations from individuals and organizations on administrative regulations were also carried out seriously and in accordance with procedures. Through the results of the assessment, the satisfaction rate of people with the service of the town government reached from 99% to 100% each year.

Promoting the achieved results, in the coming time, Than Uyen town will continue to promote administrative reform, focusing on administrative procedure reform to create a more favorable environment for people and businesses. At the same time, the town will continuously improve the quality of its staff and civil servants and increase the application of information technology in management and operation activities, towards a modern administration, effectively serving the needs of the people.
