Inheriting the achievements from the 3 humanitarian television programs "Wings of Dreams", "Sharing the Pain", "Aspiration to Live" of Binh Phuoc Radio and Television Station, right after merging with Binh Phuoc Newspaper, Radio and Television Station and Binh Phuoc Newspaper (BPTV) continued to coordinate to implement 3 humanitarian television programs including: "Aspiration to Live" in coordination with the Association for the Support of People with Disabilities - Orphans and Poor Patients of Binh Phuoc Province, NhatTP Advertising Joint Stock Company. Ho Chi Minh City implemented; "Sharing the Pain" in coordination with the Association for the Support of People with Disabilities - Orphans and Poor Patients of Binh Phuoc Province implemented and the program "Wings of Dreams" in coordination with VNPT Binh Phuoc. The programs are implemented monthly, acting as a bridge, connecting the community to help students who overcome difficulties to study well, people in difficult circumstances with serious illnesses, orphans, etc.

Since the beginning of 2020, 3 humanitarian television programs of BPTV have connected and coordinated to mobilize over 34.6 billion VND to support difficult circumstances. Of which, the program "Wings of Dreams" raised over 10.7 billion VND; 2 programs "Sharing the Pain" and "Aspiration to Live", each program reached over 11.9 billion VND. The programs have contributed to connecting organizations, individuals, and volunteers at home and abroad to join hands to share and help hundreds of people with illnesses and deadlocks in life.
In addition to the above 3 programs, the Department of Social Affairs and Labor also coordinates to mobilize thousands of Tet gifts each year through the program "Warm Spring Love" organized by the Press Office to give to poor and disadvantaged households in the province to have more conditions to enjoy the spring and welcome Tet; mobilize funds to support the construction of solidarity houses, give scholarships and gifts to children in difficult circumstances during the Mid-Autumn Festival, International Children's Day... These activities have contributed to spreading the spirit of mutual love and showing the affection of journalists at the Press Office to the difficult lives in society.

In the 14 programs assigned to the Department of Social Affairs, in addition to humanitarian programs, propaganda programs for the elderly, youth, children, etc., the department also has 2 programs that attract a lot of attention, which are the "Law and Life" column and "Voters' Forum". These are two programs that regularly receive comments, suggestions, and feedback from readers, listeners, and viewers. On average, each month, the department receives from 5 to 7 petitions, letters, and petitions and feedback from the people. All have been handled by the department's professional department by assigning reporters and editors in charge of the column to write news and articles or forward petitions and letters with the request of the Department of Social Affairs to competent authorities for consideration and resolution for the people. Since then, hundreds of petitions and complaints from the people have been satisfactorily resolved by the authorities. People increasingly trust the BPTV with its function as a bridge between the people and agencies at all levels in the province.

In addition to the above outstanding results, the department also regularly participates in producing documentaries, seminars, and special topics to serve propaganda on the agency's four types of press. At the same time, the department has also gradually completed the arrangement and construction of a data system, coordinated the provision of data on historical and cultural traditions, the land and people of Binh Phuoc... for units inside and outside the agency to exploit and serve propaganda on all aspects of political , economic, cultural and social life of the province since its re-establishment until now.
Along with the development of BPTV, after nearly 6 years of operation, the Department of Social Affairs has completed its assigned mission, and at the same time established two bridges: "bridge of humanity" and "bridge of justice", contributing to fulfilling the social responsibility of a local press agency.
